Show Date: 03/26/2016

X
[From official website] The Car Craft Summer Nationals— “the Nats” for short—is a massive celebration of all things custom. There’s an array of street machines, hot rods, customs, muscle cars, and everything in between out there for ogling and driving; in fact, we expect to see more than 3,500 cars. Because we had such a great time there in 2015, we’re keeping the event at the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, which is just outside of Milwaukee.

This is a full weekend spectacle, starting Friday, July 15, 2016, and ending Sunday, July 17, 2016. We’ll have the usual suspect of events like the Midnight Drags, Pro Builders Shootout, autocross, burnout competition, and more, along with a few new events, including lapping the Milwaukee Mile.

Wisconsin’s Collector Car Appreciation Day

Wisconsin is the second state in the union that has officially proclaimed a day for all car and motorcycle owners.

Stan Johnson, Dan Riedel and Representative Ken Skorownski will be in the studio talking about how they orchestrated the approval of Wisconsin’s Assembly and Senate. And they will be discussing how this has a positive impact on Wisconsin’s automotive history.

Stan along with Dan – with assistance from the SEMA SANS organization – were the constituents that wrote the proclamation and proposed it to Representative Ken Skorownski and State Assemble Representative Robin Voss.

The final approval is on the agenda for a Senate vote on Tuesday, March 15th.
