Brendan Ostrowski, age 17, has racing in his blood as his family raced for over 30 years. He started karting in 2013 and never looked back with multiple track records, championships, fast times, and feature wins under his belt. This year he will be piloting the number 27L IMCA SportMod at tracks all over Wisconsin. As of last year, he ended his first season with 13 top 10’s, and one top 5 in 20 starts.

In 2021 Brendan will be piloting a new car, a 2013 PF Flyer SportMod chassis, as well as having a fresh motor the team is excited for the new season.

Ostrowski Racing is a small family-owned team operating out of Milwaukee, Wi, with a combined 30+ years of racing we have the knowledge to make waves in the racing community.

Another Winner of the Sock Hop Tickets!

Bob was listening to last Saturday’s show from his Mr. G’s Garage when he called in and won a pair of tickets to the Sock Hop Night with P.F. and the Flatheads!

Automotive Dealers Association of Mega Milwaukee

For the first time ADAMM is hosting a two-day car show that is open to all makes and models of classic, hot rods, muscle, drags, customs, trucks, motorcycles and more. This will be in conjunction with their annual Greater Milwaukee New Car Auto Show. To make room for both the old skool and new school cars they have moved the entire show to the Wisconsin State Fair Park. Event Details:

New car auto show: May 5th to the 9th, 2021
Classic car show: May 8th to the 9th, 2021

A special outdoor area – right outside the main building entrance – will be roped off. Restaurants like Leadfoots Race Bar and Grill will be open.

Trophies and door prized each day.

Feature Modeler: Al Stout

1950 Chevy Pick-Up, Mfg: AMT Scale 1/25th, by Al Stout Building Time= 11 weeks (on & off)

ENGINE: wired Chevy 350 w/2-4 barrel carbs & headers.  Custom built exhaust system.  BODY MODIFICATIONS: Chopped top body channeled over frame.  Body sectioned at belt line.  Hood has been pie cut.  Head lights are Frenched.  Front pan is rolled, door handles & trim removed.  Changed from 5 window to 3 window.  Body was lowered using lowering blocks in rear.  Front lowered by mounting axle above springs.  Box is dry brushed to look like wood & chrome runners.  INTERIOR: bucket seats from parts box, also, custom steering wheel & gauges.  Wheels & tires are from `50 Chevy pick-up kit.  PAINT: DuPont Rally Red & 3 coats clear.

1957 Chevy, Mfg: AMT Scale 1/25th, by Al Stout Building time= 11 weeks

ENGINE: Chevy 409 w/6-2 barrel carbs & headers.  Custom front end & hood from AMT. BODY: Grille bar, custom grille & head lights from parts box. All body side chrome removed except rocker molding. Rear custom panel & custom tail-lights from AMT 1957 Chevy kit. Rear grille bar from parts box. Body lowered front & rear. Front & rear & hood body panels molded in. INTERIOR: 4 bucket seats, rear seat re-moved for bucket seats. Console from parts box. Wheels & tires are 1957 Chevy kit. PAINT: Testors Plum Crazy w/ 4 coats clear.
