354: Garage Repairs Illegal?

Show Date: 03/27/2021

(Season 15 EP 13)

This Week’s Topics:

Garage Repairs Illegal?

Ok…Ok… its only illegal in the Sacramento County in California as of 2019.  Click here to read the law.

What the hell do we care what Cali folks do? This is the Midwest and we don’t put up with that crap.

Minnesota is drafting California EPA rules for all vehicles. Click here to read more.

And there are 13 other states that have adopted these standards.  The interesting part of going with these standards is that California will control any future rules and regulations. So, if California decides that all counties will mirror the Sacramento County rules – then Minnesota must comply.

What does this all mean?

You won’t be able to work on your own car in your own garage.

And it’s coming our way.
