He will be on our show sharing the projects he has in the shop and sponsoring the Saints and Sinners Car Show. We have fun with Bob because he always has great stories that only be told by him.

Communications Director, Road America

Road America is considered America’s National Park of Speed. In early 1950’s sports cars were running on the streets in and around Elkhart Lake which was banned. So Clif Tufte organized a group to buy and develop a permanent racecourse. Today Road America hosts over 425 events a year with over 800,000 visitors attending.

John will be talking about the Weathertech International Challenge with Brian Redman – presented by HAWK, Vintage Cars) The event will be held July 19 – 22.

A mid-summer favorite, The WeatherTech® International Challenge with Brian Redman presented by HAWK is one of the largest vintage racing events in the United States and features over 400 cars competing in several groups. The four-day weekend will also showcase a historic CAN-AM race, which is the highlight of this year’s event as an impressive field of cars is expected to gather in celebration of CAN-AM’s 52nd Anniversary. In addition, a historic Trans Am feature and Formula 5000 anniversary event are planned. The Concours d’ Elegance in downtown Elkhart Lake on Friday for race cars and Saturday night for street cars is a can’t miss event for any enthusiast.
