James and Vicki Nelson

Coordinators of the 15th Annual Pardeeville Community Car and Truck Show
Saturday, September 1st, 2018 – 8 am
Chandler Park, Chanderler Park Dr., Pardeeville, Wisconsin

These two along with many other volunteers truly believe their car show mission. That mission reads – “We desire to provide wholesome, interesting activities for our youth. This provides them with opportunities to demonstrate responsibility and leadership in community service, both here and abroad.”

In 2004 a small group of young people calling themselves the “Young Adults Founders decided to host a car show to provide those opportunities to give back. Supporting over 14 local charities,  over 5 national organizations and numerous international missionaries.

They know that providing a quality show for car enthusiasts is the best way to support their mission. With over 200 hundred volunteers – last year they were able to host over 900 vehicles, accommodate hundreds of spectators and hand out over 120 awards – the show runs smoothly where every guest is greeted with joy.

The show will start with our national anthem song by nationally known artist, Carmel Brophy Willett. Near registration there will be several specialty vehicles including Greg Stelse’s  57 Gasser “The Joker”. You will be able to ride the Voyageur Canoe guided by two experienced explorers. Steve and Brenda Mejia will be traveling all the way from Redwood Falls, MN in their radical 1956 Willys. How about a Sears catalog item from 1909? You will see a Sears Motorbuggy. There is a huge antique farm tractor show within the same grounds. Plenty of food including homemade pies, grilled cheese, sweet corn, ice cream and burgers.
