Rustic Road Rally 2021
June 4 @ 4:00 pm - June 6 @ 10:00 pm
All makes and models and years of Motorcycles welcome – sponsored by the Rustic Road Riders –
For the last five years, we have hosted the Rustic Road Run in the Spring. Every year the event has gotten bigger, and every year we have raised more money for Children’s Wisconsin – Milwaukee Hospital with the help of hundreds of riders in our biker family.
This year, we wanted to bring our event back to our home base — Walworth County — and continue with our trend of making it bigger and better every year. But because the COVID-19 situation is closing down events and there’s so much uncertainty, we won’t be able to bring you the amazing rally we were planning this year.
We will continue to move forward with the plans we started for an even bigger and better rally in 2021, so stick around for those details to be released early next year. Until then, we’ll be planning the 6th Annual Rustic Road Run…just a little later in the season…once we know more about how the COVID-19 situation will continue to impact our daily lives. Look for updates toward the middle of summer.
The Rustic Road Riders were created by Joshua Macara. In 2008 his son (Aiden) was born with a severe and life-threatening prognosis. Through dedication and hard work, the doctors, nurses, and staff at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Milwaukee fought as hard as little Aiden to stay alive.
Aiden will be 13 years old in February and without the sheer determination of all those at Children’s, we wouldn’t be celebrating this milestone.
Joshua knew he couldn’t financially give support to the team at Children’s, but with his love of Harley-Davidson and a few thousand of his friends, he knew he could make a difference. That’s when he created the Rustic Road Run and kicked off it’s inaugural year in 2015. To date, the Rustic Road Run has donated more than $60,000 to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
As the Rustic Road Run has grown in years, more and more have joined to help Joshua in his quest to help others. With that, came the Rustic Road Riders Inc., a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization. With more people, more stories need to be told and more people needed to be helped. We will continue to serve our community through our love of the open road.
